Windows 10: Windows 10 not able to print

I have a wireless laser printer Brother HL-L2360DW setup on my Windows 10 laptop. I used to be able to print, but now I get an error message. The document was sent to the print queue, but it could not print. I've tried to remove the printer and reinstall the printer. I also ran the Troubleshooter under Printers and Scanners. It found a problem, but could not identify what the problem is. I confirm that the printer is working fine and it is on the Wi-Fi network. My Macbook is able to print from the same printer. I noticed that Windows uses WSD port for the printer. It must have been setup automatically as I never set it up. Any idea how I can solve this problem? Thanks!

Printing web pages in Windows 10

• Are you able to print via Internet Explorer 11?
• What kind of contents and extensions do you want to print?

I suggest you to perform the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps:

Method 1: I suggest you to follow the steps below to print documents in the Windows 10 Edge browser and check if it helps:

• 
  Once the document is open in Edge, press
  Ctrl+P or More actions button at the top last end of the browser.
  
• 
  Click Print as PDF button.
  
• 
  Check if the document prints as expected.
  

If the above steps did not work, try the next methods.

Method 2: Set your printer as default.

• 
  Press Windows key and type
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on view by and select large icons.
  
• 
  Open Devices and printers.
  
• 
  Right click on your printer and select set a default printer.

Printing a photo on windows 10

You can use Windows Photo App to print the photos in windows 10.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Press Windows key and type Photos.
• Select the photo.
• Right click on the photo.
• Select print option.
• Then you will be able to print photos.

I can print a test page from the devices page "Windows Printer Test Page" but not from any other file or Document as I used to do.

The print page comes up with the correct printer etc but when I press "print" the printer does not have any information in the document queue
