Windows 10: windows 10 not activated

I just did a format on my pc and it shows that my window is not activated, i previously bought product from microsoft store app , and i'm logged in now on all platform it still shows windows is not activated, tried the troubleshoot also same, anyone help please? there's no product key in the email, it's digital key

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
