Windows 10: Windows 10 Not Activated

Hi,

Somehow my Windows 10 is not activated when it came pre-installed with the laptop I bought years ago.

The Troubleshoot gives me the below snapshot message.

I tried reinstalling with the official mediacreationtool1903 but that didn't help at all as after installation I am facing the exact same issue.

Kindly help as to how can I get my Windows activated? It is genuine, I do not have the Product Key (as Windows was pre-installed with the laptop) and I don't know why is this happening.

I won't buy a key, stupid.

I'll revert back to windows 7 then.

When I still was on windows 7, about a year ago I added 4GB extra ram which is a total of 8GB now,
is that causing the problem?
