Windows 10: Windows 10 not booting up and cycles white, black, red, green and blue screens

I installed a new ssd drive on my laptop and it worked. Then I switched back to my old hdd to get my remaining important files which I forgot to include on my backup ahead of time which didn't work. Then I switched back my ssd on the main drive bay and when I boot it up, it just show screen of white, black, red, green and blue repeatedly. What can I do now?

I just upgraded to windows 10, a bit of a rocky road with startup bar and search bar issues, user changes, Microsoft linked account solved those. email, on windows live permissions did not transfer, solved that too. Still have an annoying problem.

Dell inspiron 2320, running 64bit windows 10. When it boots up windows 10 screen comes on then appears to boot. I can hear the windows piano rift play but the screen goes black and then cycles to red, green, blue, white, black continuously. The only way
to get it to stop is to push the sleep button on the keyboard. the computer then boots and windows shows up and is functional. This happens after every initial boot and when the computer hibernates/sleeps. The colored screen cycles and won't let you get
back to a visible screen until you reboot. All the other functions seem to working fine and this separates this thread from other similar threads.

On start up my screen turns red, green,blue,white, black not turning on. When I press the start button on of a few times I'm lucky to get in what could I try, I am at my end and wonder if I should try go back to Windows 7??
