    Windows 10 not responding to Shut Down


    My spare Computer, a small LYNX tablet/laptop running on Window 10 does not respond to Shut Down or Restart and I am having to shutdown by switching off the computer. It will then restart when needed but it takes longer than normal to do so.It is running on Version 22H2 x86...It will switch on OK and works fine...It also received updates OK recently such as KB4023057...5025221...5026361 and 5026435 with no problemsI would appreciate any help to resolve this problem...No digging into the Registry please...I have never felt confident enough to do this...I will appreciate any other solution that

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK

    DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
