    C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\aepic.dll is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. Error status 0xc0000020.

    Problem is I can't do anything with the files or any of the instructions that I found by looking up error 0xc0000020 because I get to the desktop and none of my icons show up and the start menu doesn't work. I tried booting it in safe mode and following these instructions with no luck. I have no idea what to do.

    Important Note: Do not, under any circumstances, download the d3dx9_30.dll DLL file individually from any "DLL download site." There are a number of different reasons that downloading DLLs from these sites are never a good idea.

    List the EXACT "blah, blah" you mention, here please... for ALL installation cases!

    (Sound like a possible "DLL-Hell" issue, but "Windows File Protection" &/or "System File Protection" should have countered for this... no biggie, there's ways around that too!)

    Hello

    met anyone with this Windows
    10 error?

    After the Windows start applications pops up with error message
    due to missing DLL Iphlpapi.dll
    which, however, is in place.

    I tried checking disk and re-register the dll library, nothing help.
