    Windows 10 not starting


    Hi , I tried updating my laptop and at the beginning it was stuck on 7% then a message that reads "we couldn't complete the update" showed up and it's been like that for hours, I can't do anything I can't access my computer, I tried rebooting it but it shows a black screen and then the same message , I tried everything on YouTube and nothing is working.

    • Click OK
