Windows 10: Windows 10 not updating, error 0x8007003

Hi community,

I'm having troubles updating windows on my computer. Here are the details, i will be extremly grateful to have some help.

Specs :

• 
  Windows 10 version 1803
  
  
• 
  MotherBoard Asus z871i deluxe
  
  
• 
  8Gb RAM
  
  
• 
  GPU nvidia GTX 970
  
  
• 
  CPU intel I7 4700k
  

Problems :

• 
  Windows updates from the update assistant gives error 0x80070003
  
  
• 
  Installation of Windows 10 with a usb stick gives error 'A media driver your computer needs is missing'
  

Solution tried for the update of Windows 10 :

• 
  Tried every solution on this link

  Also i saw in the event viewer there is this error that popup just before the installation crash 'The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID'. For this issue i tried the first solution in this link but i can't find the proper APPID.
  

Solution tried for the fresh installation of windows 10 :

  Tried to put the usb stick in GPT instead of MBR and vice versa
  

I'm running out of time and of solution to try, I really need to update windows since now it's blocking me to install some software.

Windows 10 Update - error 0x8007003

I've tried going through the guide in the support article, but I am still having issues. Firstly, I can't really get past Step 2, because it is the most recent version of Windows 10 that I am unable to install. I've tried running the troubleshooter linked
in Step 3, but I am still unable to download and install Windows 10 due to error 0x8007003.

Windows 10 Update - error 0x8007003

My computer has attempted to update to the latest version of Windows 10 many times over the last few weeks, and it fails every time due to an error 0x8007003. I have attempted some basic troubleshooting techniques that I have found in the forums, but nothing
has seemed to help. The computer's processing speed has also ground to a halt in the last few days. Please help!
