Windows 10: Windows 10 not working properly

Hello Folks" Happy Holidays to everyone. windows 10 is driving me nuts. I have been having constant problems with apps like Edge not working properly. Apps won't open, crashes, Windows just not working although the desktop looks fine nothing works. I do everything I can to get it work but it only works well for a short time.Last week I finally bit the bullet and did a refresh, all went well, took almost a full day. Now I'm having the same problems, just getting this document done has been a major problem. I do SFC/scan now; DISM scan health and restore health, but these never find a problem

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

• 
  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
