Windows 10: Windows 10 not working properly

As i opened my pc today morning i came up to this message " something happened, and you pin isnt available"not an exact quote. Then when i logged in with my Microsoft account password, i see that nothing is working as it should be. The windows firewall automatically turns off even if i turn it back on, the audio driver is not working, the internet is not working, basically everything has gone wrong. I enter the safe mode of windows but the problems are still visible. I have important files in my pc and i need this issue to be fixed asap. Please help me out. Thank you.

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

• 
  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
