Windows 10: Windows 10 not working properly

Hello,I have a lenovo c940 laptop. Every thing worked fine until few weeks ago, when suddenly few windows apps like ms store, lenovo vantage, every other app I downloaded from the store, etc. disappeared. Office apps for example still workedThe message when I tried to open files with those apps was sort of this one: So, I tried to upgrade my windows version from 20H2 to 21H1, but nothing has changed.Also, I tried to Factory Reset the PC through Recovery in Settings, via Cloud download and afterwards via Local reinstall or maybe in reversed order, I don't really remember, and still no chan

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Suggest you to plug in an external keyboard to check if that helps.

Follow these steps to launch the On-screen keyboard:

• 
  Press Windows key + R to get the run window.
  
• 
  Type “osk” and hit enter to launch the On-screen keyboard and check if this helps.
