Windows 10: Windows 10 not working

I have recently ran into abit of a problem with my PC, when I turn my PC on it boots like normal but when it's starts to log in it goes black but it still loads and then it goes to the home screen but it keeps flickering from the home screen back to black screen and I can't open any apps or search anything, I tried going into safe mode but it does the same thing but now it shows a error message saying hard disk error silhost.exe I searched this up and attempted some of the fixes but the ones I could do didn't work and the ones that looked like they would work I couldn't use because like I sa

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
