Windows 10: Windows 10 Not Working

Hello,I seem to have a problem with windows 10. If i play roblox for about 5 minutes the task bar will not let me change apps it will have a loading circle where my mouse would be after a while of it doing that the screen would freeze and i would lose control of everything I couldn't even turn it off I did by shutting it down completely.Another way this can happen is just by watching youtube for a while or just going back and forth between different apps.If there is a solution to this problem please tell me how i can fix it. Thank you.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
