Windows 10: windows 10 notification doesn't show up on my main account

i am using windows 10 ver 2004 built 19041.508


My administrator account can't open the notification area.


by pressing setting -> notification & action -> Edit your quick actions, I get an error - "You'll need a new app to open this ms-actioncenter link".


On my standard user account non of those things happened. I can see notifications and "Edit your quick actions".


How can I resolve it?

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

I appreciate the steps that you have done. I suggest you please follow the below steps and check if it helps:

• 
  Type notification on the search bar and click on
  notification & action settings.
  
• 
  And click on select which icons appear on the taskbar.
  
• 
  Turn on show app notification separately for each app.

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.
