Windows 10: Windows 10 notifications cause black lines and colors on my screen help ?

Hello , my previous windows 10 was working fine with no problem with the notification section working just fine, but had to install a new windows 10 version , so I've installed it and everything functions well and smooth but when I receive any notification whether when I plug something or get notified by anything else ; this causes my screen to have some black lines and colors popping up when I use internet pages but they go away when I refresh the page I don't get this issue when I don't receive notifications . Actually this bothers me a lot because I don't want to turn notification off as it tells if I got some replies or got messaged my someone . Do you face this odd issue too and how can I fix it ?

Black Screen after Log on


Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad
