Windows 10: Windows 10 November update, fresh install or update

I'm currently running the initial version of Windows 10 and i'm planning to do the november upgrade release soon. However, anybody has an idea if your system will be faster when you do a clean install with the november update instead of an upgrade? (similar to the speed difference when installing the clean initial version instead of upgrading from W7)?

Clean install Window 10 pro is working fine. And yes, I got November update with Media Creation Tool after I downloaded a fresh setup from Microsoft website. If you use old Media Creation Tool setup which was downloaded before November update was released,
then tool do not download the latest Windows version.

 

Is there a Fully Up-to-Date download of Windows 10 available?

Depends on if your upgrading your existing Windows or doing a fresh install. So naturally if your running an older Windows build and choose upgrade now, it will of course upgrade and give you that message. If you perform a fresh installation with the ISO,
then the only updates that would come through are the incremental updates Windows releases every month since the fall update was released in November. Those should be small and only install after the fresh installation. Does that help to clarify things?

The difference of W7 > W10 upgrade vs. W10 clean install is substantial.
The difference of W10 10240 > W10 1511 upgrade vs. clean install is pretty negligible, IMO.
