If you have click Checked for updates once, it would continue to download.

Try updating to Windows 10 October update version 1809, manually.

The fastest way to get the upgrade is through Media creation tool or ISO file.

Please download Media Creation Tool from the link below and select Upgrade this PC at the first screen.

Downloading a Windows 10 iso without the Media Creation Tool

Andre, that link you provided does not work if you are running Windows 10, it only provides 2 options, upgrade and download the Media Creation Tool!

That is why I provided the workaround, the page senses you are running Windows 10 and the workaround fools the page into thinking you are running MAC OS

Since the OP cannot run the Media Creation Tool he wants to download the ISO without the Media Creation Tool . . .
