Windows 10: Windows 10 October 2018 Update Available via Windows Update?

Hello everyone,


As far as I know, since being pulled earlier this month, the Windows 10 October 2018 Update is not available outside of those in Windows Insider. Is that still correct?


If so, and I go to Settings>Update and Security>Windows Update and check for updates, will it be there and download or no?


Lastly, the ISO to create an install disc, this has not yet been released either, correct?

Well just noticed a pretty large one pop up coming in at 914MB, seems it makes some pretty serous updates.

Windows 10 Build 10.0.17134 Changelog:​Build 17134 was the 23rd Insider Preview build of Windows 10 released after Fall Creators Update. It was released on April 16, 2018. This new build arrived via new "RS4" (RedStone4) development branch.
