    I HAVE HAD TO REPLACE MY LAP TOP AS THE MOTHER BOARD WAS NOT FUNCTIONING. I INSTALLED MY WINDOWS 10 OFFICE ON THE NEW LAP TOP AND NOW WHEN I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF SOME WORK IT SAYS IT IS NOT ACTIVATED AND I AM HAVING DIFFICULTY IN CONTINUING WHICH IS MOST UNFORTUNATE. i TRIED ENTERING THE PRODUCT KEY AGAIN AND DIDN'T HAVE SUCCESS SO TOOK THE OPTION TO PHONE, THE PERSON ANSWERING SOUNDED LIKE A ROBOT AND HASN'T SOLVED THE PROBLEM WHICH IS MOST FRUSTRATING AS THERE IS WORK I HAVE TO DO. THE PRODUCT IS LEGALLY MINE PURCHASED IN GOOD FAITH AND I NEED TO USE IT SO WOULD APPRECIATE YOUR HELP.

    Only supported on Win10. Sorry, 8.1 users, only 4 years old, gotta go.

    Last year at Ignite, we announced Office 2019 – the next perpetual version of Office that includes apps (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and Skype for Business) and servers (including Exchange, SharePoint, and Skype for Business). Today we’re pleased to share the following updates:

    • Office 2019 will ship in H2 of 2018. Previews of the new apps and servers will start shipping in the second quarter of 2018.
    • Office 2019 apps will be supported on:
      • Any supported Windows 10 SAC release
      • Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 2018
      • The next LTSC release of Windows Server
    • The Office 2019 client apps will be released with Click-to-Run installation technology only. We will not provide MSI as a deployment methodology for Office 2019 clients. We will continue to provide MSI for Office Server products.

    Windows 10 64 bit OEM, with no Office?

    Technically Office is not part of Windows, but many OEM systems with Windows come with Office preinstalled, they generally need to be activated.
    If you buy Windows separately, then you have to also buy Office if you want it.

    Windows 10 Activation and Office installation

    About 2 years ago I received an invitation for the free upgrade to Windows 10. I agreed and installed it. Windows 10 had been working fine but recently after one of the updates it started to suggest to activate after every login. Also Office 2016 apps started
    to show as Unlicensed and keep stopping. I couldn't find how to activate Win 10 and decided to reinstall Office. Unfortunately several attempts to reinstall Office failed. I suspect my Office installation issue somehow related to the fact that Windows 10 is
    not activated. I don't recall any warning that this free Windows 10 upgrade would last only limited time. I will appreciate any hints on further steps.
