    Will Windows 10 Phones like the Lumia 950 and 950 XL be able to run, not just desktop apps, but desktop programs?

    Althoug Lumia 950XL has a 64-bit architecture Snapdragon 810 processor, but MS still configuring it with a 32 bit Win10Mobile version. It is having 3 GB RAM which in my opinion is sufficient to run Windows 10 ARM on Lumia 950XL. MS should seriously cosider
    this point and we must have Windows 10 ARM on Lumia devices with Snapdragon 64 bit architechture processors.
