Windows 10: Windows 10 on Dell Inspiron going into automatic diagnostic mode.

Dear Team,I have a Dell Inspiron 5570 with Windows 10 which shipped with the laptop.I had not opened my laptop for a few days, but when I start my laptop now, it is going into automatic diagnostic mode and would not allow me to skip it.The options I get is repair start up, uninstall updates, System Restore among others.The challenge is for each of these options it is asking me windows account password, which I had used 5 years back and I have forgotten.I did reset the password from another laptop, but the Dell laptop would not have the updated one and I believe is looking for the password orig

Since, the above steps did not help to fix the issue. Let’s try simple steps and check if this helps. I suggest you to go to the below link, download the Synaptics Touchpad driver and install it in compatibility mode.

  Right-click on the Synaptics Touchpad driver setup file and select Properties.
  
• 
  Select Compatibility tab.
  
• 
  Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.
  
• 
  Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
  

If the issue still persist, I suggest you to contact to the computer manufacturer and check if they have released Synaptics Touchpad driver for Windows 10.

dell inspiron 546

I have just downloaded Windows 10 to a Dell Inspiron 546 with a Dell 810 All in One printer. The previous OS was Windows 7. I had downloaded Windows 10 because the Windows invitation assured me all was well for the download.

Having made the download I discover I can not print. The printer is listed in settings. It used to be the default device.

Can you advise the steps I should take?
