Windows 10: Windows 10 on DVD

Hi, my laptop seems to have completely broke and no matter what I do I can't boot Windows anymore. Ive tried all the boot options in the HP laptop but keeps telling me to goto the recovery option, that doesn't work. Windows came on the laptop, so don't have any media. I am happy to wipe the laptop and start again, is it possible to get a copy of Windows 10 on DVD so I can try and install fresh?ThanksPeter

• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
