Windows 10: Windows 10 on Z270 Asus TUF Mark 1 Asus or Intel Drivers

I have an Asus z270 Tuf Mark 1. I installed windows 10 on it and forgot not to allow Windows to install its drivers. That isn't a concern due to how I need to get rid of them. The problem I am having is figuring out just whose drivers to use.1 Intel, Asus, Microsoft, Realtek, Asmedia and so on. - As mentioned Microsoft installed its own drivers for my system my mistake. However once I get rid of them to install the actual company or mobo maker drivers, I still can't decide on whose drivers to use.Intel for the chipset, MEI, IRST, Graphics - Asus has drivers but like any product, the company

Asus USB drivers

Hi All,
I just bought a USB 3.0 stick and noticed the transfer rate is not holding at it's peak. It goes up and down from 2-24.9MB. I tested a few of my 2.0 USB sticks and they seem to hold at their top rate or close to it. Not sure if it's the stick or the drivers. Maybe this is normal for some USB sticks. Hoping to get some answers here.

In device Manager under "Universal Serial Bus controllers are the following;

Does it make any difference if the drivers are Microsoft or Asus drivers? Would it make any difference to the performance for stability of the transfer rate?
If the ASUS USB drivers are better for my MB, where can I download those driver separately from the other ASUS drivers that are on the ASUS Support site. I can't seem to find them. Not sure if they are inside other utility drivers on the ASUS site.

ASUS TUF Z270 MARK 1 Motherboard Detailed - Armored and Tough

Moving on from the Strix series, ASUS' TUF Z270 Mark 1 has also been detailed.
