Windows 10: Windows 10 only shows 1 monitor after restart?

Hello, I have a weird problem.Everytime I restart my PC Windows is only displaying on my monitor 2. Monitor 1 stays off, despite being detected.If I hit Win + P it says Extend Monitors, but its executed as Only show on 2.I have to switch it to Duplicate and switch it back to Extend for it to work properly. Its just annoying having to do these steps everytime I restart the PC.Does anyone know this problem and knows a fix?

My workaround is to use PowerPoint Screen Recorder but this need additional screen capture.

The reason for Screen Recorder is Windows 10 Mouse Cursor for Office Menu item disappear when select Screen Capture App. It is cumbersome to show Tech Support what is selected on Office App on captured screen...

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
