Windows 10: Windows 10 only shows one out of several Firefox shortcuts (ea. to different profile) in...

(I've previously posted this question to /r/Firefox to no avail, so I hope someone here can help.)

I've installed Firefox 71 in Windows 10 and it runs fine. I also want to use its ability to have multiple instances open, but with different profiles.

After creating different profiles with the Profile Manager, I created extra shortcuts to them in the Start Menu where each one has a different "[path to Firefox.exe]" -p --no-remote [profile name] in its Target field. The -p and --no-remote arguments are what allows multiple instances of Firefox to run simultaneously with different [profile name]s. In other words, I have multiple shortcuts to the same Firefox.exe but with different arguments.

Testing these shortcuts worked fine when double-clicking on them in File Explorer opened to the Start Menu folder, but for some reason only one of them would show up in the actual Start Menu, even though they are all placed in the same place.

Why is Windows only showing one of the shortcuts? How do I make them all appear? Thanks.

Missing Firefox shortcut from All Apps menu

Hi,

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open run window
  
• 
  Type Firefox to launch firefox
  

If it launches, you may try to create a shortcut of it by following the steps below:

• 
  Windows + E keys to open Windows explorer
  
• 
  Select this pc and select C: drive
  
• 
  Open Program files and right click on firefox and click on Shortcut on desktop.

How to fix emoji keyboard not showing up using shortcut

Hi,

This issue is often caused by a corrupted or missing data file. To better isolate if this is a user profile specific or an emerging issue, we suggest that you create a new user profile and try to use the same keyboard shortcut to get the emoji keyboard to
show up. Here's the link for the steps on how to:

In the meantime, we'll give you the steps for a workaround to access the emojis. Here are the steps:

• Right-click on the Taskbar.
• Select the Show touch keyboard button option and a keyboard icon will show up on your
  Taskbar.
  
• Click the keyboard icon and select the emoji button.
