Windows 10: Windows 10 oobe error

Hello, i have an HP pc which i upgraded to window 10 using the mediacreation tool and used the "upgrade this pc" option. It all worked fine, was using it for about 2 months, but due to slow performance i thought i should reset. I did so with the "clean drives" option... It was going well till it got to the oobe setup, i received "something went wrong" for "ooberegion" "oobekeyboard" and "oobeeual" which i skipped all. But was stuck at "oobelocal" in the account tab and I'm unable to skip.

I've been at it for two days now, pls help.


I did not go through this process when i upgraded at first and i dont have an installation disk or iso.


What do i do pls??

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
