Windows 10: Windows 10 or 11 ?

Hello People .. so i bought Hp zbook g5 2 weeks ago installed with windows 10. Then it started to tell me that my device is compatible with Windows 11 so i was like sure why not.. i installed it and everything was fine and then suddenly when i open it 30 secs passes and then the device turns off .. like completely. And it wont start again until a few minutes passes … this was repeated for a few times so i got back to the vendor .. he told me it’s because of windows 11 and that its faulty or something like that.. my question is , is the man honest with me ? And why would my device do this with

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
