Windows 10: Windows 10 or Framework 4.5.2

I'm trying to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro and after every attempt I receive messages of a failure during the
Framework 4.5.2
What's the relation between them?

Where can i download redist's of the latest .net versions (3.x and 4.x) in both 32 and 64 bit.

I can't believe i'm asking this question, but where can i find to download the following...

(assuming 3.5 and 4.5.2 are the latest, please correct me if wrong.

.net Framework 3.5 32bit redistributable

.net Framework 3.5 64bit redistributable

.net Framework 4.5.2 32bit redistributable

.net Framework 4.5.2 64bit redistributable

Would also love to get hands on other common packages, as i need to install on machines with no regular internet access / narrow bandwidth connections.

Cannot upgrade from Windows 7 Pro to windows 10 Pro

After repeated attempts to upgrade to Win 10 Pro i continue to get failures after a complete download. I cannot update the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2 for Windows 7 x64-based Systems (KB2901983) I get the following error message. After following all
the various troubleshooting processes I could find I still get the error.

Also about every other time I check for updates Windows Update tells me "no updates available" then the next time I check .NET framework is back in the picture.

when I attempt to download and upgrade to Win 10 i complete the download then beging install and get a cryptic failure message that i paraphrase here as "somethign went wrong, we don't know what it is but the upgrade failed".

What are me next steps to get this resolved?

I noticed your question had not been answered. I have not experienced this but can make a suggestion. It would seem that an update to Microsoft .Net Framework 4.5.2 is being attempted as part of the W10 upgrade and it fails at this point.

You could try doing the upgrade to .NET Framework 4.5.2 ahead of the W10 upgrade. Use this link to download the file:

Once it is done then try the W10 upgrade again.
