Windows 10: Windows 10 OS boot never appears on screen! Why?? Always Blank Black

NOTE: None of the choices were applicable to this issue! But it forced me to pick one, so I went with "Devices and drivers".FIRST: This is NOT a monitor or HDD issue: Same PC and monitor boot Win 10 from an SSD, and when writing to C: drive on HDD at least 3 times now using forensic software, every byte matches.BACKGROUND: It was a long process getting this new PC running with all of my applications and data from an old one: 1 I first had to convert old PC drive from MBR to GPT/EFI, create a new EFI boot Win 10 HDD on new PC, and then I copied only the C: drive of that old converted HDD to

Windows 10 blank screen after boot-up....

Anyone have any luck with this ? Windows appears to boot normally until the screen with the little dots on it. Then it goes black , stays that way for a minute and finally logs on. I`ve already googled this and all the answers boil down to two solutions - disable fast startup and change your graphics driver. Neither rly helped for me tho it did seem to be graphics card related.

Awaiting more expert suggestions from TPU !

Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B > report what you see and hear

See if you can boot to the BIOS using the information in this link:
