Windows 10: Windows 10 OS New Start Menu Look & Update.

Hi, this is Gavin. I am currently using Microsoft Windows 10 OS Version "2004" OS Build 19041.450.

I read on the Internet that Microsoft has launched New Start Menu Looks & Design in its Latest Version "2004". But when i upgraded i did'nt find any difference in New Start Menu Looks & Design in it's Previous Version 1909 & now Version "2004". Can you please tell me
1. Am i using the Latest Version of Windows 10 OS on My Laptop
2. Has Microsoft changed or provides New Start Menu Looks & Design

Tried the fist no dice. Even tried uninstalling Kasperski still no go

We would like to know more so we could assist you better. Kindly clarify the following:

• What is your OS build and version?
• Are you getting the same error message when you try to access the Start Menu by clicking the Windows key alone and also the Start Menu on the left side of your desktop?

For the meantime, we suggest that you follow these steps to be able to use Cortana/ Search:

• Check for updates.
• Restart your device.
• Try the troubleshooter.
• Create a new local administrator account.
• Reset your PC.
