Windows 10: windows 10 OS

I am having a problem with windows 10, OS 2004, build 21301.1010. Whenever I start or restart my PC it starts normally and then flashes and comes up from the 1920x1080 settings, to 640x480. This happens without any action on my part.

I then have to go to display settings and change back to the recommended graphics settings. I can't find an error code or fix for this anywhere. The glitch shows up on the web but the fixes that are there don't help. Is there a solution for this problem?

Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
