  1. Windows 10 Partial Freeze

I recently built a computer from and installed a new copy of Windows 10 on it. Everything was working fine until one day I started downloading software from the components company e.g. MSI afterburner & Corsair iCUE. Shortly after that, while I was in a Fullscreen application, I entered this "partial freeze". The Audio and the fullscreen application stopped working, as well as some applications that were already open e.g. Steam. I could open the Windows Menu and click the reboot command but it didn't react. So I was forced to "choke" the system. After talking to a "specialist" we didn't come to a conclusion and I reset the system by an external media since the reset option didn't work on the computer. After the reset everything worked fine again downloaded at this point I had the office applications, GPU drivers etc until a few days ago I downloaded MSI Dragon Center which I already uninstalled but the problems resurfaced. I took video of this phenomenon and linked it. I have no Idea what the reason behind this could be and will gladly accept any help.

    Specs:

    CPU: AMD Rzyen 7 2600X

    GPU: MSI RTX 2070S

    MOBO: MSI B450 Carbon

Storage Bootdrive: Samsung EVO 970 PLus 500GB nvme

    RAM: Corsair Dominator 16GB 2666

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
