Windows 10: Windows 10 Password Box Missing

I reinstalled Windows 10 to fix some game related issues and, of course, I am so lucky to face an additional serious problem

The password box is missing when logging in and I can't simply login into the system.

I tried running Windows in safe mode but password box is still not showing up (even when pressing ctrl+alt+del).

To fix this problem I have to change parameters in msconfig I guess (normal startup), but command prompt is not recognising it.

What am I supposed to do then? Every YouTube video claiming that password box MUST show up when in safe mode but it simply doesn't.

As you may already know, Windows 10 (as well as Windows 8) allow you to log in with a valid Microsoft account, instead of creating a local account that only works on your machine. However, you may prefer to keep a local account for privacy reasons. If you do, though, some Windows 10 features—like Cortana—may not work. Despite the default behavior, the Windows 10 Store is not one of them. You can still log in to your Microsoft account for just the Store without switching to a full Microsoft account. The process, however, is not terribly obvious. To do so, follow these steps:

• Launch the Store from your Start menu.
• Click the user icon next to the search box.
• Click “Sign-in” from the menu that appears.
• Choose “Microsoft account” and log in like normal.
• When the “Make it yours” box appears do not enter your password. Instead, click “Sign in to just this app instead.”

Cheap Photo box that will get the job done

WEll i took on this project for PP hes a hardware reviewer and wants to get the professional looking pics for the Pc parts

Materials:

• Big cardboard box

• a razor

• white material 3 yards

• cone lights

• stapler

• medical tape

• pvc pipe about 6 inches longer than your box

• white paint any cheap finger paint would work

the project I'm guessing will cost me $30 if it works out properly
I will post pictures and step by step as i do it
