Windows 10: Windows 10 password corrupt?

PIN login is usually available, but after a sudden reset to blue screen after a wrong click done on forget PIN button and restart, PIN login is missing and it needs Password login now.

Password login also failed for all passwords I kept; no change in password so far, so it should not fail.

Also, unable to do any reset or run command prompt or other recovery modes, because it shows no administrator account found.


Am at lost on how to proceed now...
