Windows 10: Windows 10 pc, Desktop wallpaper randomly changed?

Hey hey hey so basically I just opened my pc to notice that my desktop wallpaper has randomlly be changed to a different photo I have.I've never used this photo as my wallpaper before nor is it saved to a file where I keep all my wallpaper so I am kinda confised and than when I went to my personalization settings it just said it was plain white when it wasn't and it wasn't on slideshow mode. I don't know but I justchanged my wallpaper back and my pc seems to be functioning just right but it was just kinda bizzare to me and I wanna make sure my pc isn't being hacked or something...Thank uuuuuu

Desktop wallpaper for new users

Setting default users lets you specify the wallpaper on user's desktops and prevents other users from changing the image or its presentation. You can check these steps on how to set wallpapers from all users:

• Type run on the search bar and press Enter.
• On the window, type gpedit.msc and click OK.
• Locate and click Administrative Templates.
• Select Desktop > Desktop > Desktop Wallpaper.
• Tick Enabled, and name your wallpaper.
• Select Apply and click OK.

After performing the steps above, you may restart your PC.

Desktop wallpaper slideshow does not randomly select pictures, and cannot change the folder.

I'm using Windows 10, 64-bit.

Over the last few days, I noticed that the desktop wallpaper images do not change to random pictures, but goes in sequence. Also I cannot change the selected pictures folder I want to use for my desktop wallpaper slideshow.

Any suggestions?

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest you to restart the computer and check if you are able to successfully change the lock screen wallpaper.

  From Desktop, right click and select
  Personalize.

  In Personalization window, click on
  Lock Screen in the left pane.

  And choose wallpaper you would like to apply for the lock screen by choosing the browse option.
