    I need to know if I can copy Windows 10 OEM programs and files from a dead PC to a new windows 11 retail PC?I have the Windows 10 ssd boot drive and a usb external cable that I can connect to the new PC.Is there a way I can copy or transfer programs and files from the Windows 10 drive to the new PC?I live in a small town and the new PC is scheduled to be delivered today.Thanks for any advise that can be provided.
