    Hi I am back, it seems I was too eager to declair the problem resolved after stopping Razer Synapse in windows Startup options. Unfortunately I was mistaken and that action did NOT fix the problem, despite the PC booting immediately after stopping Synapse in Startup. I was able to boot the PC after multiple tries and get back to windows, then again after reinstalling graphic drivers. After a power cut caused by the storm I have not been able to get past the spinning dots stage for 3 days, For whatever reason it now appears to actually be worse despite having disabled multiple non essential
