Windows 10: Windows 10 PC freezes when using an app, mouse still moves but can't click any other apps

Hi,I've been having this problem the last couple weeks where my PC freezes while using an app full screen and usually while it is idle on that one app. For example, I will be using Chrome for a little while and suddenly I'm unable to click on other apps like Discord, Spotify or anything else on my taskbar. I retain full functionality on Chrome and can even open a new window for Chrome and still use that but I can't use anything else. There is no way to restart my computer from this state either and the only way to restart is to press the power button off. This problem happens on other apps n

why is there a windows 10 app for netflix?

It's the new universal Windows app...coming to Xbox One in January, works on PC, phones, tablets...part of Microsoft's universal apps initiative.

Not sure if anyone's seen this yet, but they have $.10 (yes, 10 cents) android apps on the Android Market to celebrate 10 BILLION downloads. So far I've picked up Tetris, Need for Speed Shift, SoundHound amd ADWLauncher EX. There were several other games that were listed, including ones too good for my phone *Frown

 

Weather App not working windows 8.1

The apps troubleshooter wouldn't fix it on any of the machines. Tried syncing the app licenses, too. No dice. Uninstalling and reinstalling the MSN Weather App appears to have fixed it.
