Windows 10: Windows 10 PC keeps freezing, please help

Thanks for any help ahead of time! In the last couple days, my PC has been freezing completely where I can’t do anything. It started maybe a few times a day but now it barely lasts 5 minutes before it freezes up.

Here are some things that may be useful information, Idk. : CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X GPU: GeForce RTX 2060S RAM: 16GB 500 GB SSD (where Windows is installed) 1TB HDD

I’m using the most recent windows update from what I can tell, the only things I’ve downloaded are steam/epic games in the last week. I’ve never had issues with this before so any tips would be majorly appreciated!
