    Hi I had issues with my pc not working like it was so slow and it was a reason I couldn't figure out. I tried removing a virus and there was none. I tried system restore but I couldn't find a time before this happened it was like it got erased. Then I decided to reset my pc by removing all my files but then when I opened it it was on a restart loop and it wasn't because of any of the reasons listed. I tried some videos and I found 1 where you need to use command prompt but I had no admin account because I reset my pc. Now what do I do to fix the admin, the restart loop, and set my pc to normal
