Windows 10: Windows 10 Pc Shutting Off "COMPLETELY" When Trying To Run Roblox

Hello, I've been having this problem... For a while whenever I try running roblox on my computer it just randomly shuts completely down like I restarted it and when I mean completely I mean completely I have heard people saying that roblox Installer was not working but they found a work around that I followed it seemingly works for everyone else but me. Windows 10 Roblox problem

There are several reasons as to why you can't play Roblox on your computer. Windows Updates may affect the game not to play if your computer is not updated. To make sure that your Windows 10 is up to date, I suggest that you check for any Windows Update
by using this link as your guide.

In addition, make sure that Roblox is allowed to run on your Chrome by performing the following steps:

• Download Roblox and run its setup file.
• After the game has been installed, try to run it.
• You should get a message box saying “External Protocol Request”. Check

My Pc Turn off then on when I try to run roblox

Hello, whenever i try to run roblox on my windows 10 dell precision T1700 pc it turns off then on is there any way to fix this?

Sometimes it just blue screens my pc then it shuts off then on I have already checked all drivers updated them and ran pc check ups and nothing.
