Windows 10: Windows 10 pc stuck on black screen with spinning circle, tried many things, please Help!

I have a windows 10 desktop, was runnning fine for years, kept it updated with windows/gpu drivers etc, used avast one for an AV.The other day i left my pc running stable diffision while i was out i do this alot because i render images in batches at a time, when i returned the pc had froze on a black screen and no commands/input would work so i hit reset. Ever since the BIOS graphic shows as normal, then the pc gets to the screen of a black background and a tiny circle of dots spinning which is normally followed by the log in screen but just stays spinning forever.I've lost count of all the

To address your concern, have you successfully reset your PC at this time or still stuck on black screen with the "loading" spinning circle? If still stuck on black screen, I suggest you to download

ISO file to install Windows 10 and
clean install Windows 10.

Windows 10 Black Spinning Circle with Cursor Pointer Before Login screen

I am in Windows 10 14393.2046 Build and during Boot I am Experiencing Black screen with a cursor and spinning circle ,having updated my Graphics Card Drivers Up to Date and Windows 10 1607 Cumulative Updates too.Since i didnt have any startup issues in
Windows 8.1 ,10240 as well as 10586 builds and i performed all troubleshooting steps and annoyed me.I can say that it is a windows issue and you have to sort it out ,only problem is

• Windows Logo Spinning Circle
• Black Screen spinning Circle
• Login

 

Computer stuck on Black Screen with spinning Circle after restarting with an update

Thank you for taking the time to respond to me. I have resolved my problem, but, of course, I now have to re-install all of my software.

I resolved it by:

• Restoring my PC to it's original state (Windows 7)
• Updating my PC to Windows 10
• Eventually got stuck on black screen with spinning circle - shut down PC. It attempted to continue restore and got stuck on black screen again.
• Deleted all Windows update files (as suggested on Microsoft site) and tried again.
• Shut it down again and this time it restored me back to ... ugh ... Window 7 again.
• Followed the same process two more times and, finally, when I forced a shutdown, it came back up and continued to successfully install Windows 10.

I have no idea why this happened. I am just happy that I am back to 10 again. Now I'll spend the next two days getting my PC back to the state it was in before all of this happened.
