Windows 10: Windows 10 PC stuck on Preparing Automatic Repair loop

Basically my pc loads up the MSI screen and then it shows a black screen without the windows logo with Preparing Automatic Repair. After that it doesn't say Diagnosing or anything it'll keep going until it shows an Advanced Options screen. Heres the thing, Safe mode is just a black screen, I can't reset my pc, System Repair doesn't have a save file, Startup Repair also doesn't work it won't load, Uninstall Recent Updates says to reset the pc but it can't and it doesn't recognize the USB for a clean windows installation. So how do I fix this and is it a corrupt windows file or is it my pc p

stuck in Preparing Automatic Repair loop after upgrading to windows 11

after upgrading to windows 11 every time I restart my PC or shut it down and then turn it on my PC gets stuck in a Preparing Automatic Repair loop

to exit the loop i have to go in UEFI (BIOS) settings and then go in BIOS setup and then in files and select apply default changes and exit

after that it restarts and my PC exits the loop

so i have to go back to windows 10

any suggestions??
