Windows 10: Windows 10 PC suddenly slowing down, freezing, then going to a black screen and becoming...

Hello,Just over a week ago my PC started to occasionally crash at random intervals after starting; sometimes when clicking onto an application, starting one up or shutting down, my PC gets extremely laggy or stutters for 10-20 seconds, then freezes completely and goes to a black screen. I've made posts in the past that provided what appeared to be the solution of fixxing a Event ID 10016 error by changing some settings in reg editor & component services, doing this stopped the crashing for a few days but it came back last monday and i don't think what i did was re set. Windows 10 stuck at black screen


hi, i tried upgrading my windows 7, but failed 5 times.
step 1 on copying files are 100%
step 2 installing features n updates are 100%
step 3 FAILED, it stuck on black screen and freeze, nothing i can do besides force restart and its restored to my windows 7 back.

any idea how to solve this? it's always stuck at 75% step 2 and when go to step 3 is freeze ( 5 times in row, i'm thinking give up or buy new laptop with windows 10*Biggrin*Biggrin*Biggrin)

p.s i'm currently downloading ISO file to blank DVD hopefully it's works
