Windows 10: Windows 10: Pending restart but after restart it still says pending restart endlessly.

Hello so I bought an SSD and just installed windows 10 home 2004 version and all was working fine, the drivers and such. I've updated the windows update as well and for the first run it run smoothly without problem, and after a day I checked the windows update again for any updates and it had and downloaded it.

all was working fine and it says pending restart. It's either restart now or schedule a restart, I chose to restart now and that where it happened, it did restart but after I checked it again it still pending restart and I restarted it again but it was still the same: Pending restart. I did restart many times but still its stuck at pending restart.

Status: Pending restart


:After restart: Its still the same pending restart.

Restart pending

Hi,

At first time that link removed old files and started to download and install updates again, but not any more , the pending restart command is still there after restarting. I have tried several times to run that command script which you posted to me.
