Windows 10: Windows 10 performance gets slow after 10 minutes of usage

Windows works fine after 10 minutes of boot.

But after that it gets laggy , performance gets slow

I even reinstalled the win

Win version is latest

but problem still persists

Also my disk usage or cpu usage is around 10% only

So usage is not an issue i guess.


So guys need help as soon as possible

windows 10 slow boot

Just done a fresh install of windows 10. Still got the same problem.
Turn pc on from cold or a restart. Hangs on the win boot logo for a minute or so then boots in to the desktop
cant work it out why its so slow to boot up? any ideas*Mad
