Windows 10: Windows 10 Photo App "account settings out of date"

2 problems, using win 10 Photo app. I try to "share "pics to my wife and I receive a message "Account settings out of date"
and unable to send pics. How do I resolve "Account out of date"
second. When selecting "share" to send pics from the app, several good address show up and also one where I inadvertently used an incorrect address and I am unable to delete that address.

Funny I seem to really love "Vista" now.

Windows 10 mail app- account settings out of date

I have been using the windows 10 mail app. i have a local (administrator) user account. Every month or so i get messages that my outlook/Hotmail/live account settings are out of date. Its a real nuisance when u have 20 email accounts on the app and
have to spend a couple of minutes on each one, every month or so. Why is this? What is this? A proper mail app shouldn't be doing this! Please help!

The issue is commonly occurs if there are any modifications made within the email addresses that are connected in the Mail app such as changing the password/s or if there are changes within the email servers security that may need to sync with the Mail app.
