Windows 10: Windows 10 Photos app video project playback/share issues

I am trying to make a short video showcasing a vacation I took. I have uploaded a bunch of videos from a GoPro camera to a folder, and in the app I choose "Automatic video". No matter what comes out, whatever length it is, etc, playback is choppy from about 5 seconds in, and then about 13-20 seconds in, playback stops altogether and a buffering disc just spins there nonstop. I tried to simply export without doing playback in the app, but the export gets 15-30% in, and it simply says" Cannot export right now."

My graphics card driver is up to date. Where should I begin? Thanks for any help you can offer.

Windows 10 Photos video project export quality issue

In Windows 10 I created a video project slideshow with the photos app. I'd like to export this video for a Facebook ad. However, the photos app only gives me 3 options to export and all three significantly reduce the quality of the video versus when I
just view it in the app. Any suggestions how to export and maintain quality?

This is ridiculous.

Saving a video project is not available yet.

This is the first time I used the Win 10 Photo App to make a video.

Had an issue with the video not playing, all I saw were little dots spinning in a circle.

I closed all my other applications, nothing, I shut down my computer. I could not find my project.

There were three tips when I first created a new custom video project. One was that I did not have to save my project, this happened automatically.

I do not know what that means I guess be cause it is not saved.

This make this app absolutely useless.

I did place a feed back about this app before, I do not see the use of placing another one.

Suggestion:

Please let me do some thing very basic like save a project so I can edit it later.

How could this not have been an option.

 

Windows 10 Photo App video export/share problems

When trying to export/share video on the Photo App the resulting video is rubbish to say the least. Before sharing/exporting it seems fine.

I am running the latest Windows 10 and Photo App:

I am not using 3rd party apps

The video is created and exported in the Photo App

I have applied all the troubleshooting steps. Just to pre-empt garbage responses the ISSUE is microsoft specific - not thrid party app, not a hardware issue.

Now please offer a resolution
