Windows 10: Windows 10-photos in arrange by month will not show all my pictures

Hi,I finally figured out how to arrange pictures by month by going in through Libraries and right-clicking "arrange by". However, once I do that I cannot see all of my pictures. There are over 4,000 pictures in this folder from almost every month from 2013 to present. But when I use the arrange by option I can only see a months. If I unclick "arrange by" all the pictures are there. Where are all the pictures from the month in between? I checked

1. Click Start, type File Explorer, and then press Enter.

2. On the File Explorer window, click the View tab.

3. On the Panes ribbon, click Navigation pane, and then select Show libraries.

4. Expand the Libraries folder and click Pictures.

5. Right-click on an empty space on the view pane where you can see your photos and select Arrange by > Month.

6. After completing the steps, you may check if you’re able to arrange your photos properly.

Pictures by month Windows 10

I tried t set up my pictures in Windows 10 as I had them in Windows 7 (by month) and did the steps provided in the answer (see below) but when I look in the libraries, there is only November 2019 under Pictures. I have pictures on my PC from 2001. where
id they go and how can I arrange them by month.
