Windows 10: Windows 10 Portable Hotspot Connection Failure

Hello,

I have been encountering a problem from a long time.

The Mobile Hotspot of Windows 10 is not getting connected on my android and other devices, it saysobtaining IP address and it gets stuck there and shows failed after a long time. I have had tried using astatic IP address from my IP config and it gets connected but I couldn't access Internet on my connected device then and it alsodoesn't show the connected device on the connected device list which usually remains empty.

Please HELP!

Windows 10 Mobile Hotspot Not working

Hi,

Your Bluetooth connection may be enabled which prevents you from setting up your mobile hotspot. To have this addressed, we suggest turning off the Bluetooth connection and see if you're able to set up your mobile hotspot. Follow these steps:

• Open Settings and select Devices.
• Click Bluetooth, then toggle it OFF.

Once done, check if you can now turn on your computer's mobile hotspot. Let us know how it goes.
